How much will postage and packaging cost me?

We offer three delivery services to Mainland UK. Standard, Express and Next Working Day. Standard delivery is charged at £4.99 Express is £6.99 and Next Working Day is £7.99. Delivery to remote areas is charged at £5 for a small package (Smaller than a shoe box) and £10 for a large package (Shoes and larger). Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man is charged at £15.

Which zones are classed as remote?

If your postcode is one of the following then you fall into one of the remote zones. IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, TR21-25.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

The maximum time for delivery is 5 working days. Working days are classed as Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. Your specific delivery time will be stated at checkout.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

Delivery dates cannot be completely guaranteed - we aim to deliver our products to you within the time period stated, but occasionally this is not possible. If you have not received your product within 5 working days please contact our customer services team.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Anglesey and Republic of Ireland?

We deliver to all UK addresses with a postcode, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Anglesey. We also deliver to Republic of Ireland at a flat rate of £15.00. Please contact customer services on 0845 1300 666 for further information.

What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?

Most of our products are dispatched by our nominated carrier and will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery (POD).
If you are not in when your goods arrive by courier, a card will be put through your door giving details of the attempted delivery, and giving contact details for the courier company. If this fails, the goods will be returned to us.

How do I track my parcel?

To track a parcel please call our customer services team on 08451300666 or E-Mail sales@rollersnakes.co.uk and we will track it for you there and then and give you the tracking number for future reference.
