Q. I have seen a product in your catalogue
but not on your web site. What is the situation with this product?
A. The product may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable. We
may be awaiting the arrival of the product from our suppliers. .
You can use our Search option, which is optional on every page of
the site, this will search, as any other search engine does, for
the specific product you require.
Q. Can I specify a time of delivery as to
when i'll be at home?
A. Due to our courier service we can only say that your goods will
be delivered between the hours of 9am to 6pm, however if a parcel
is delivered to your home while you're not there they will leave
a card with contact details. The Courier then sends the parcel out
from the depot on a day requested by the customer to ensure that
they are at home and able to sign for the goods.
Q. Estimated Time of Arrival - ETA?
A. Depending on what kind of postage you have paid for the maximum
amount of days required for delivery is standard postage which is
up to 5 working days. The minimum time would be next day with our
next day delivery service, just make sure you order before 3pm to
receive your goods next working day.
Q. What cards are accepted in terms of payment?
A. We accept Switch, Visa, Solo, Master card. We even accept Electron
card's. Sorry we can not currently accept America Express.
Q. What should i do if I think there is
a problem with my order?
A. This could be due to technical or human error, in any of these
rare and unlikely events please ring us on 0845 1300 666 stating
your problem.
Q. Can i have some free stickers with my
order?
A. Freebies are usually included with all deliveries made with us.
Subject to availablilty.
Q. What do I do if I need to send an incorrect
item back to Rollersnakes, or the wrong item has arrived with me?
A. Ring us on 0845 1300 666 and ask for returns, the department
that deals with such problems.
Q. How can i donate my ideas to Rollersnakes?
A. If you have picture's, idea's, trick tip's or question's for
us we would be more than happy to receive them. Please E-Mail them

Q. How safe am I to order online with my
credit card?
A. Very safe! Rollersnakes is committed to providing you with a
secure online shopping experience. We are always striving to keep
up to date with the latest technology and security protocols. You
will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window when
the browser is in secure mode. This will happen when you reach the
checkout because your details are taken at this point.
Q. Please could you tell me your returns
policy.
A. Returns usually take seven to ten days to process from when we
receive them. Please clearly label all returns ‘Rollersnakes
Returns Dept.’. Remember to include your name, address, phone
number and a note telling us the reason for return and what action
you would like to be taken (i.e. exchange or refund). All products
from Rollersnakes are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for
a period of 30 days. This does not cover damage from impacts, water
damage or any other damage which has arisen from misuse. Some products
carry manufacturers extended warranties, see individual products
for details. Please note that replacement items cannot be sent out
until the original item has been returned and received. There are
occasions when items may have to be forwarded to our suppliers,
in these circumstances it will take a while longer for returns to
be processed. All items returned for a refund must be in their original,
unused condition and in their original packaging. Please do not
use sticky tape on product packaging, place the items you want to
return in a box or jiffy bag
