Live Support

With an ever increasing amount of new online skaters and potential customers viewing our site, we have decided to offer a totally new concept - Live Support. We monitor our messangers as much as possible so why not drop by. (We offer this service while were in the office, which is usually 9 - 6 Monday > Saturday.)

Basically what our service hopes to provide is live help via direct communication through any of the stated messenger services. For example: If you cant seem to find the size or colour you require, simply send us an instant message and we will provide live help. If you prefer call us on 0845 1300 666.

Thanks to a program called 'Trillian' we are able to do this with ease. Trillian allows the user to be online with 4 of the major messenger services used on the internet simultaneously. Those being ICQ - Yahoo - MSN - AOL Click on the image to visit Trillians site.

We would like to thank Trillian and advise members of our Rollersnakes 'community' to use it in order for you to contact us easily. Trillian is downloadable for free and has no adverts or spy ware in its software. They simply work on the fact that its so good you will want to buy the professional version for a small fee. (None Compulsory)
