Returns Information

When returning goods under your cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations

If you are contracting with us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded but if you are only returning part of the order, then we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge; please note that any additional payment for an upgrade from standard delivery is not refundable under Distance Selling Regulations 2000. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us at your cost. You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract in writing within seven working days of receipt.

What is Rollersnakes 30 day returns policy?

When returning items, please provide proof of purchase - either a receipt for items bought in store or your invoice for items bought online.

Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or refund provided they are returned within thirty days of purchase with a valid receipt or invoice and in a satisfactory condition.

Postage to cover the cost of returning goods, for exchange or refund, is the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to return items with an expired receipt or invoice or without any receipt, please contact us. Contact us.

Please post your unwanted item(s) back to us using the pre-addressed label provided on front of your invoice.

How to Return Items

How can I return items?
Returnable items purchased online can be taken to our Derby store or posted back to us. Your invoice document is your receipt. Please provide a copy as proof of purchase.

Returning items by post:
Please complete the reverse of your invoice with your instructions and use the pre addressed returns label provided on the front of your invoice to post items back to us. Please get a receipt from the post office as proof of postage.

Returns From Outside of the U.K. & ROI:
We can only refund items that were returned to us from outside of the U.K. & ROI. We cannot exchange items.

When will I get my refund for items returned by post?
Please allow at least two weeks to process your refund once we’ve received your goods. The refund will be credited to the card account used for the original purchase. If your order was paid for using a gift voucher, all refunds will be credited by gift voucher. This does not affect your legal rights.

How can I exchange an item?
To exchange an item(s), return the unwanted item(s) and indicate what you would like in exchange by completing the reverse of your invoice.

Repairs & Replacement:

Our guarantee does not cover damage from impacts, water damage or any other damage that has arisen from misuse. To resolve a problem with regard to faulty products please contact one of our helpful and friendly customer service team on 0333 6000 666 who will be happy to resolve your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Substitute Goods:
If we are not able to fulfill your order we will advise you, in the event that we are unable to contact you, we will ship the remainder of your order and refund you for the out of stock item. In some cases we may substitute for a similar product, should you not want to keep the substitute we will meet the cost of returning the item to us.

Pricing:
All our prices are liable to change at any time. We reserve the right to alter prices and / or special offer details at our own discretion.

Colours:
Due to the nature of computer monitors some colours may not be accurately represented.

Policy if returning to the store:
For your convenience, you can go to our Derby store with your returns. Please ensure that you take your Invoice with you as proof of purchase. Exchanges can be dealt with immediately, however refunds must go through our refund process and could take up to 14 working days to complete.
