Larger/heavier orders are usually dispatched with DPD.
DPD will text you an hour delivery time slot once your parcel has been dispatched.
You will also be able to choose a different delivery option if you won’t be in. You will have the option to change your delivery date, provide specific delivery instructions and choose to have your parcel left with a neighbour, in a designated safe place or at a DPD pick up shop.
In the event DPD can't make a delivery with you they'll use the phone number you provided when placing your order to contact you to make arrangements for re-delivery. If a delivery has been attempted a calling card will be left.
If you choose to have your parcel delivered to a DPD Pick up Shop your parcel will be held for up to 10 days. After this period your order will be returned to us.
Smaller orders are usually dispatched with Royal Mail
We can only state that your parcel will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
If you are not in at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour. If delivery cannot be made with yourself or a neighbour, a "Something for you" card will be left informing you that your parcel can be collected from the nearest Royal Mail delivery office (not your local Post Office). Royal Mail will hold the package for 14 days before returning it to us.
We use UPS and DPD for international shipments.
Some countries will require you pay import tax / duty in order for it to pass through to you. We are not responsible for this cost, please make sure you research the costs that you potentially could incur.
