What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Credit or Debit card, PayPal, Amazon Payment, or alternatively the 'Klarna Pay After Delivery' option which allows you to pay after receiving your order. If you select 'Pay After Delivery', you will receive an invoice by email from Klarna, asking you to settle payment within 14 days. For more information about Klarna click here.
Can I specify a time of delivery?
This will depend on what item/s you have purchased and which delivery service you have chosen when placing your order. If an order is dispatched with Royal Mail we can only state that your goods will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm. If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery a calling card will be left.
Larger/heavier orders will be sent with DPD. If you have provided a phone number on your order DPD will text you an hour delivery time slot so you won’t have to wait in all day. This service will also offer helpful options to allow you to change your delivery date, provide delivery instructions and select a delivery preference such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, in a designated safe place or at a DPD pick up shop.

Can I collect my order in store?
You cannot place an order on our website and collect it in store. You can however call us on 0333 6000 666 to reserve your goods to purchase in store. For store opening times click here.
When will I receive my order?
This will depend on the postage option you have selected. The maximum amount of days required for UK delivery is 5 working days on our standard service. Other services are quicker. For a full list of our delivery services click here.
What should I do if there is an issue with my item/s or order?
If there is an issue with the item/s or order you've received please call us on 0333 6000 666 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order so that we can get the issue resolved.
What should I do if I have ordered the wrong item or want to cancel my order?
If you have ordered the wrong Item, made a misttake on your order or would like to cancel an order please email us immediately with your request to email@example.com or call us on 0333 6000 666 Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
What do I do if I need to send an item back to Rollersnakes for an exchange or refund?
Returns information is on the back of the invoice you received with your parcel. If you require further information click here.
What do I do if I have a faulty Item?
In the first instance, please contact us on 0333 6000 666 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please note: Items sent back at your own expense will only receive a postage refund to the cost that would have been incured by Rollersnakes to get the item/s back.
